The atmosphere is warm & inviting, the bar filled with local memorabilia & curiosities, creating a relaxed vibe. The timbers that line the walls & feature in the beer gardens are sourced from historic places along the coastline, in keeping with the local fishing traditions & rich history.

When the weather is fine relax and enjoy a drink outside in our rustic coastal Beer Garden. We have two outdoor areas to choose from, and the front one is great for people watching. Our bar is fully stocked with local and imported beers, wines and spirits, including a range of local craft beers and spirits from the Kaikoura region.
