Marlborough Green Lip Mussels

Steamed Green Lip Mussels served in a white wine, chilli and coconut cream sauce, with toasted foccacia.

Our New Zealand reared rib eye is cooked to your liking on our chargrill and finished with red wine jus, served with beer battered fries or roasted vegetables.

New Zealand Lamb Shank gently cooked in our own secret recipe jus, served with seasonal roasted vegetables, fresh herbs and mint sauce.

Locally caught Paua, hand crafted in our own special way, served in a lightly toasted Brioche bun, with lettuce, tomato, red onion. Served with fries and a home made Tartare sauce.
