The Baxter family have been fishing the waters off the east coast of New Zealand's South Island for generations. Providing fresh Blue Cod, (Rig) Lemon Shark, (Kōura) Crayfish, Salmon (to name a few) to locals, straight from the ocean to the table. The Strawberry Tree continue this tradition by serving up freshly caught seafood and friendly local hospitality to patrons.
